Dr Nick Moore re-elected to CCG Board

Dr Nick Moore has been re-elected to his role at the CCG, and so will serve another three-year term providing clinical leadership.

Nick now starts a second period working for NHS Portsmouth CCG, following the election process which is run by the LMC.

Nick’s responsibilities are varied, and growing. He continues in his role as the lead for mental health commissioning at the CCG, and has also recently taken on a similar clinical leadership role for primary care. He attends the Area Prescribing Committee, sits on the Primary Care Commissioning Committee, and chairs the Clinical Advisory Group. Oh, and he is still a GP, of course…

Nick said: “I’m absolutely delighted to have been re-elected by my colleagues to continue the work we do – I hope that we can continue to make strides on behalf of both patients across the city, and our primary care colleagues as well.

“There is a huge amount of good work going on, and the CCG has a real focus on delivering better health and care for Portsmouth residents, so I was pleased to have the chance to continue to be involved.”
